FAQs

  • Have your QR code ready to go before checking in. This should have been emailed to you, or can be found in your customer portal HERE
  • Towel
  • Your own Water Bottle with plenty of water to stay hydrated.
  • A traction layer for walking on the ice (required)
  • An Insulation layer (recommended): Wool socks or neoprene booties for being in the cold water
  • Sauna or Winter Hat (recommended, we have custom Lakeside Sauna Club beanies available for purchase)
  • Gloves (recommended but not necessary)

**No alcoholic beverages allowed during sauna sessions and no outside food or drinks in the saunas (except non-alcoholic beverages, water or electrolyte drinks, to keep you hydrated)

  • Sign your digital waivers before arriving. These are mandatory before entry and will have been emailed to you or can be found in  your customer portal link here. You can also find your QR code for checking in and map of the site here.
  • Arrival: From the parking lot, follow signs and lights down the path to the "Beach" to check in.
  • Bathrooms: There are bathrooms at the bottom of the parking lot where you can change, etc. before and/or after your session.
  • Changing Area: Bins are available to store your clothes, and heated changing tents are provided for changing if needed at the lake, but you can also use the bathrooms before/after too.
  • There's no strict agenda; enjoy the freedom to flow between sauna and cold plunging cycles for up to 2 hours during your booking window (we will let you know when your session is ending with a 10-minute warning). Take lots of breaks and rehydrate and enjoy your time in our community.
  • Please respect the private saunas if you're in a public session. Feel free to try out any of the public saunas, which will have different seating configurations, some quieter than others and some more social. There's a sauna for everyone!
